Our whole family (almost, everyone but Josh) has come down with this nasty cold the past week. It's totally taken us by surprise. Ammon started out with it, then Shayla, then Liam and I are rounding out the end of this week. So we've had lots of wadded tissues laying around, cough drop wrappers in the trash, and parties on the couch in the middle of the night. I've been able to catch up on all my late night tv watching while wiping boogies and rubbing backs, so that's a good thing. Right?! All in all, we are recovering, and Josh has been doing a great job at taking care of us when he comes home in the evening.
Liam is now 3 months old. I can't believe it! Where has the time gone? He has the sweetest smiles, and has started batting and grabbing at a few things that interest him from time to time. He is particularly fond of a little mouse rattle, batting at it's feet. Maybe that's the hunter in him, that he got from his dad, especially after our little episode and home remodeling incident from our friend the rat at the beginning of this year. Argh!
